You're in the gray zone. HubSpot could work, but you might not need it yet. The question is: are you about to scale, or are you still figuring out product-market fit?
What to use instead (for now):
- CRM: Pipedrive or Copper (simple, cheap, does the job)
- Email: Mailchimp or ConvertKit (basic automation is fine)
- Tracking: Google Analytics 4 + UTM parameters
Come back to HubSpot in 6-12 months when you've scaled past these tools.
